An Oligarchy is a form of government where a small group of ultra wealthy business people control public life, an oligarch is a member of that clique.
We provide a brief history of how Carl Pohlad accumulated the billions he passed on to his three sons, rundown all the real estate projects United Properties is involved in with the city of Minneapolis and pose these questions; why would the city give exclusive access to public land in North Minneapolis to one of the wealthiest white families in the nation?
